Week 1 of classes for the 2012 season have been and gone with all teams focusing on basics and building up conditioning. Thank you and welcome to all of our new and returning Force athletes this season!

 

Attendance

Cheerleading is a team sport which requires 100% attendance to build a confident and successful team. Please note that all scheduled practises are mandatory. If you must be away, please email or speak to your coaches in advance. Absences are not to be posted/discussed on Facebook pages or sent by private facebook message. Changes to Force Classes

 

Due to changes in numbers the class schedule has been altered effective this week for the 2012 season as follows:

 

Wednesday

 

Twisters, Open Level 2, 4.30-6

Twisters Tumble 6-7.30

 

Friday

 

Shooting Stars 6-7.30

Rising Stars 6-7.30

Ice, Open Level 3 Development Team, 7.30-9

 

Sunday

 

Weathergirls, Open Level 1, 2-4pm

Weathergirls Tumble 4-5pm

 

Ice and Twisters athletes will train together on Wednesdays to compete as Twisters in Open Level 2 for Spring Carnival and Internationals. Ice athletes will still continue to do an extra 1.5 hours training on Friday nights however to work on level three skills. Skills and stunt sequences will be set by All Star Pride staff with a view to offering Ice athletes the opportunity to compete as a part of one of All Stars travelling teams at the very first Australasian Majors to be held 3 November 2012 in Brisbane Australia. Term fees remain unchanged. 

 

New Venue

Please be reminded that All Star Force has an exciting new practise space located at Wellington Circus Trust 12 Hutchison Street, Newtown, Wellington. We apologise for the delay in confirming the practise venue which was caused by delays in negotiating days and times. The new space features full height ceilings allowing for safer execution of tosses and release moves as well as allowing more flooring to be laid.

 

More Flooring

All Star Force will be receiving 3 more full strips of acromat to create a 5 panel practise space this month.

 

2012 Term Fees

We have finalised our operating budget for 2012 and a table of our revised fees is set out below. Due to rising costs, increases in venue charges we have had to increase our fees. We are well aware of difficulties being faced by many in this tough economic climate and we have done our very best to limit the increase to the bare minimum. 

In our effort to keep the increase low we are no longer offering a prompt payment discount. Fees as always, will still be due on the first week of the term. To keep our administration costs as low as possible we ask that you please pay by the due date.

Uniform Orders

All Star Force uniforms and training gear can be ordered by completing an order form with your coach and making payment prior to the cut off dates below. Please note that orders are NOT placed without receipt of both order form and payment prior to the cut-off date.
