Care/Washing Instructions for Crop Sets & Uniforms

Things You Need to Know About The New Fashion Fabrics:

You will notice that we are using new fabrics for our crop sets and uniforms. These are the latest high fashion fabrics, however they are more susceptible to wear and fading than the traditional cheer fabrics.

All Lycra with foil, hologram & sequin fabrics are delicate and fragile and need extra Special Care. Please note:

• Repeated wear and washing may cause the fabrics to fade or lose foil.

• Alcohol in all aerosol products affects these fabrics.

• Please cover the garment before applying.

• Deodorants and perspiration may cause these fabrics to fade or lose foil.

IMPORTANT WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

The following steps MUST be followed to insure you do not damage the garment:

1. DO NOT HAND WASH

2. DO NOT use bleach, harsh or granular detergents or liquid fabric softener or spot cleaners (eg NO Friend).

3. DO NOT SOAK

4. DO NOT DRYCLEAN

5. Turn garment inside out.

6. Machine wash individually in a large volume of cold water on gentle cycle.

7. Use a very mild liquid washing detergent. We strongly recommend using Johnsons baby shampoo.

8. Remove immediately from washer and tumble dry on low or no heat setting

9. DO NOT hang or lay flat to dry

Colour Transference

Please note that where a white/light color fabric is combined with a dark/bright color fabric there may be some color transference. This is a common industry problem, and can become obvious under certain conditions. We have found that perspiration and deodorant often contribute to colors bleeding, especially when the two colors meet under the arms. Even by following proper washing instructions, you may notice some color transference. Damp or dirty garments that are left in gym bags may show color transference.

ALL STAR CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY GARMENT THAT IS NOT WASHED AND DRIED AS DIRECTED.
